We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager with the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. You will be at the front of the business and report directly to the Group Spares Director.
· Contribute to develop the Commercial Heating, Spares & Control offering across the group
· Offering support across the branch network
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Contribute to establish e-commerce and launch of new catalogue
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Experience in the plumbing and heating industry is preferred
· External sales experience is preferred but not essential.
· Focused on achieving budget YOY
· Proven workingexperience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
· Proven sales track record
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
· Market knowledge
· Communication and negotiationskills
· Ability to build rapport
· Time management and planning skills
· BSc/BA in business administration, salesor relevant field
Based at our Head Office in Boldon Business Park in South Tyneside.
